It's cheesy to say, but I genuinely believe there is beauty around us every minute of the day, if we can just notice and catch them before they go. I seek out those visual stories in the natural world, in our human-made environment and in between. I won't always get the cliched shots that every photographer gets. I get the places and moments that go unnoticed. I want to convey the wonder of a mushroom, the worth of quiet places, the value of feeling small.
